HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT SERVICES TRIBAL STUDENT RESOURCE NIGHT

I wanted to send out a reminder about the upcoming Tribal Student Resource Night next week.  

 

On January 16th, Choctaw Nation High School Student Services will host a Tribal Student Resource Night at the Durant Choctaw Nation Community Center.  This event will provide essential resources and guidance for Choctaw Nation Tribal Member students and their parents/guardians.

 

We have invited Choctaw Nation Education programs, college Representatives, and Army National Guard Recruiters to an engaging event to assist students with navigating their educational journey. We’ll cover everything from FAFSA guidance and college applications to scholarships and academic planning. The event will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. We will have laptops, iPads, and scanners for tribal members to apply for FAFSA, Oklahoma Promise, colleges, and scholarships. 

 

I am attaching the event flyer for you to share with your Choctaw students and families.  Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you have. Thank you for everything you do for our students!
